Hey, I’m Carley!

I’ve called Peterborough home for 18 years, and for the past 8 I’ve built my career in the world of social media and content creation. For as long as I’ve been in the industry, I’ve dreamed of creating a space like this. After countless trips out of town searching for a large, bright, open concept studio to shoot high-end content, I knew our city deserved a place that matched the level of creativity happening here. A space that didn’t require travel to feel inspired or elevated.

A huge part of this inspiration came from the local photographers and content creators I’ve grown close with over the years. I kept thinking about how much talent we have here, and how they deserved a space that matched their level of work without having to leave town to find it.

That’s when I realized this needed to be more than just a content studio — it needed to be a space for connection just as much as creation. I saw how much demand there was for somewhere local to host elevated workshops, intimate networking nights, brand launches, creative meetups, and community events that felt chic and sophisticated.

With this, Studio Savvy was thoughtfully designed as a dual-purpose space for content AND events, giving luxury, big city atmosphere without ever leaving the small town we love.
